I go here to see my mechanic, Tony, every time I need anything big or small thing done to my car. My family has been going to Warren Auto for years because we have trusted Tony won't overcharge us or say we need to change out transmission fluid when it's actually fine and he hasn't all the years we have been going to him. He is on the more pricey, but that is because he only uses OEM parts (original factory part). The only time he doesn't use OEM parts is when the factory doesn't make the parts anymore. He then goes to aftermarket parts, but he tells you he has to for a reason and if you say ok, he will get or order the part, but will not go get a cheap part. Just had him put an aftermarket part in my car since Ford doesn't make the part I needed any longer. If you have a Grand Victoria or a Grand Marquis, he will take extra care of your car. He loves those cars and owns at least a Grand Marquis, probably the same year and features as mine.

We have now taken our vehicles here twice, and so far have had good experiences each time. This last time, they kept my van for almost a week, bit it was because they were diligently trying to find the source of a leak. Whenever they thought they fixed it, they put it in the lot, only to find it leaking again later. I had a ton of work done on it, so it was expensive, but we thought the prices were fair, and they didn't charge me extra for the additional labor in finding that leak. Very kind of them. They come off as fair and reputable.
