Both repairs started with a thorough discussion of the problem and their opinion to correct it. We dealt with Mike who was helpful and understanding. He was patient and took into consideration the age and our use of the vehicles. Both repairs were well priced. Mike really shined with his follow up calls when a part was delayed and he needed more time to investigate. He apologized and was genuine in his efforts and assistance. He also was able to repair work that another mechanic improperly installed. Ryan who worked the desk and handled calls, was so helpful and personable.
